By using AppForge (ezapp-1.click), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

AppForge is a SaaS platform that uses AI to generate Android app source code and compile APK files. We provide this service on an as-is basis.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it to access the service.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

• Free accounts receive a limited number of credits per month. Credits reset monthly and do not carry over.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AppForge to:

• Generate apps that contain malware, spyware, or any malicious code.
• Build apps intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent usage limits or abuse the credit system.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the app ideas and prompts you submit. By using AppForge, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to deliver the service. We do not claim ownership of the generated code or APK files.

6. AI-Generated Code

AppForge uses AI to generate code. We do not guarantee that generated code is correct, complete, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any code before distributing apps to end users.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, impose rate limits, or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AppForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppForge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
